The Padres continued their clutch hitting to even the series with the Marlins. Travis Jankowski`s two-out RBI single in the eighth proved to be the difference. Freddy Galvis homered for the Padres, who chased Dan Straily in the fourth. Derek Dietrich went deep off Tyson Ross, who was cruising until a three-run sixth.
